Online registration

For you to become member of the destino.ro, you must complete the online form. The personal data declared need to be updated, complete and intelligible. In case your data proves to be false or incomplete, the destino.ro reserves the right to restrict your access to this site.

Personal data (name, first name, address, telephone number, mail address, etc) of the online form will not be alienated or used in other purposes without your consent (excepting the cases stipulated by Law, when the communication of this information is necessary).

In the same time, you must respect our policy by keeping data confidentiality.

Those who register on the agency website must be at least 18 years old. destino.ro does not undertake the obligations for those which fail to respect the Terms and Conditions.

Account and password

In the online form you will choose an account name.

We reserved the right to refuse any account name which can be interpreted as obscene, can create confusion, can offend in any mode a person, an entity or a group or containts mail adress or telephone number.

Your account will be personalized and secured with an activation code. The activation code will be sent to you after the registration, at the address specified in the e-mail sent to destino_agency@yahoo.com. If the mail address you have sent us is false you will not receive the activation code and you will not be able to activate the account from destino.ro.You must only have one active account on the site.

Information regarding the protection of personal data.

According to provisions of the Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation at this data, modified and completed by the Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of the private life in the electronic communication domain, team destino.ro will manage the personal data that you give us in security conditions and only for specificated purposes . We inform you that the personal data are managed by team destino.ro with the purpose of offering you the best conditions for the site services .
